Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct initial patient admissions, take medical histories, perform physical exams, and order urgent or routine diagnostic tests.
- Ward Rounds: Join daily ward rounds with senior consultants and nursing staff, and complete self-rounds to check patient vitals and recovery progress.
- Emergency Response: Provide immediate stabilization and urgent medical attention during critical events or emergencies before senior specialists arrive.
- Treatment and Coordination: Administer treatments, update medication orders as directed by consultants, and coordinate care between nurses, pharmacists, and specialists.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records, write progress notes, and prepare timely discharge summaries
Pay: ₹20,804.05 - ₹35,000.00 per month
