Social Refuel is an Event and Experiential Marketing company headquartered in Mumbai with a presence in the UAE, partnering with brands across entertainment, corporate, lifestyle, sports, and large-scale events to transform ideas into purpose-driven, creative, and precisely executed experiences. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D concepts, visualizations, and realistic renders for events, exhibitions, brand activations, stage setups, retail environments, and experiential spaces. You will collaborate closely with the creative, production, and execution teams to transform concepts into visually impactful and execution-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative 3D concepts, models, and realistic renders for events, exhibitions, brand activations, stages, stalls, kiosks, and installations.
- Create detailed 3D models with accurate texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Prepare space planning layouts and scale-accurate designs based on project requirements.
- Produce production and working drawings to support fabrication and on-site execution.
- Revise and refine designs based on client and internal stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure designs are practical, structurally feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with brand guidelines.




- Maintain organized project files, assets, and version control throughout the design process.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, rendering technologies, and AI-powered creative tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 1–3+ years of experience in 3D design, preferably in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or spatial design.
- Solid portfolio showcasing 3D designs for events, stages, exhibition stalls, retail spaces, or experiential projects.
- A strong understanding of AI technologies & Rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine )
- A good understanding of 3d software (SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender / Vectorworks)
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for production drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Cinema 4D.
- Understanding of fabrication materials, construction methods, and event production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience in creating immersive environments and experiential design solutions.
