The Senior Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain catastrophic risk models to evaluate potential impacts on the insurance portfolio.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential risk factors.
- Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to enhance risk assessment methodologies.




- Prepare and present reports on risk analysis findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in risk modeling technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in risk management, actuarial analysis, or a related field within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficient in statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and industry best practices related to catastrophe risk.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
