NoLabels is a growing fashion and lifestyle brand looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online store.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, product listings, inventory management, order processing and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify & Product Management

- Upload, update and publish products on Shopify.
- Manage product details including titles, descriptions, images, prices, sizes, colours and SKUs.
- Manage collections, categories and product tags.
- Regularly audit live products and ensure accurate listings.

2. Website Management

- Manage regular website updates through Shopify.
- Update products, collections, banners, offers and promotional content.
- Check the website for errors, missing information and incorrect pricing.
- Suggest improvements to product presentation and user experience.

3. Stock & Inventory Management

- Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock/out-of-stock products.
- Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and resolve stock discrepancies.

4. Uniware & Shopify Sync

- Monitor inventory synchronisation between Uniware and Shopify.
- Ensure stock quantities are accurately reflected on the website.
- Identify and coordinate the resolution of sync issues.

5. Customer Queries





- Handle order-related queries through Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely and qualified customer communication.

6. WhatsApp & SMS Marketing

- Execute WhatsApp and SMS campaigns for new launches, offers and sales.
- Coordinate promotional communication with customers.
- Track campaign performance and customer responses.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on Shopify experience is required.
- Experience in product listing and catalogue management.
- Understanding of inventory, order management and RTO.
- Familiarity with Uniware or similar inventory software.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience

Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, D2C or lifestyle e-commerce will be preferred.
