Role description

Job Title: Associate Principal - Program & Project Management

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 11-15 years

We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal to lead complex programs and projects, focusing on ServiceNow implementations.

This role demands strong leadership in project governance, resource allocation, and schedule management to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Description:

1. Lead end-to-end program and project management for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

2. Oversee comprehensive project governance, including risk identification, mitigation, and quality assurance.

3. Develop and execute robust Resource Management strategies, optimizing team allocation and utilization across projects.

4. Manage detailed project schedules, tracking progress, identifying dependencies, and ensuring timely milestone achievement.

5. Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.

6. Coordinate cross-functional teams through all project phases: implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

7. Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and provide regular, transparent status updates.

8. Mentor and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

9. Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.

10. Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and operational processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 11-15 years of progressive experience in program and project management roles.

- Demonstrated expertise in Resource Management and Schedule Management.





- Extensive experience in leading and delivering ServiceNow projects.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of effective people management.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
