Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Store Assistant to manage day-to-day warehouse and online order fulfilment activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of online orders and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations related to online orders.
- Handle picking and packing of online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure proper product segregation and SKU management.
- Manage rack filling and inventory organization.
- Handle online order returns and related processes.
- Ensure proper stock handling, organization, and operational accuracy.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.

Preferred Profile

- Education: Graduate OR below




- Candidates with relevant experience in warehouse/online operations will be preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

- Good computer/system usage skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in handling 2,000+ SKUs.
- Prior experience in online warehouse/e-commerce operations will be an advantage.
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, active, and comfortable working with systems, inventory, and warehouse processes. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
