Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, good sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from respective departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, campus hiring, and other channels.
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Identify suitable candidates for clinical, non-clinical, administrative, and support positions.
2. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and assess candidates on relevant parameters.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, department heads, and management.
- Schedule interviews based on interviewer availability and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Collect interview feedback and coordinate subsequent rounds where required.
3. Offer & Joining Management
- Coordinate salary discussions and candidate negotiations within approved structures.
- Prepare and coordinate offer/confirmation communications as per company process.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates during the notice period.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and joining formalities with the HR/Onboarding team.
4. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Update daily/weekly recruitment status reports.
- Track vacancies, CVs received, shortlisted candidates, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Monitor recruitment TAT and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain records of rejected, shortlisted, selected, and joined candidates.
5. Campus & Bulk Hiring
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement activities.
- Establish relationships with colleges, universities, and recruitment institutions.
- Support bulk hiring requirements and recruitment drives as required.
- Participate in job fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives.
6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through appropriate recruitment channels.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support employee referral and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate recruitment-related social media and employer branding activities when required.
7. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with department heads and reporting managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for documentation and onboarding.
- Coordinate with IT/Admin/Operations for joining requirements wherever applicable.
- Escalate recruitment challenges and delays to the HR Manager promptly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Vacancy closure within defined timelines.
- Number and quality of candidates sourced.
- Interview-to-selection ratio.
- Offer-to-joining ratio.
- Candidate follow-up and joining conversion.
- Recruitment TAT.
- Quality of hire.
- Accuracy and timely updating of recruitment MIS.
- Candidate experience and communication.
- Successful completion of campus/bulk hiring requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate professionally with candidates.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and recruitment/job portal platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and recruitment aptitude may also be considered for an entry-level position.
