Civil Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Maintenance Engineer with 5–7 years of relevant experience to handle day-to-day civil maintenance and repair works for our industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise routine civil maintenance and repair works.
- Inspect buildings, structures, flooring, roofing, walls, drainage, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to complete work safely and on time.
- Identify civil maintenance issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare basic estimates, work requirements, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out according to safety and quality standards.
- Support preventive maintenance and improvement works for the facility.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.E.



in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, building maintenance, repair, and renovation works.
- Valuable understanding of construction materials, methods, and site practices.
- Industrial building / factory / plant maintenance experience is preferred.
- Ability to supervise contractors and maintenance workers effectively.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be responsible, practical, and well organized.
