About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join a growing healthcare company. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through extensive field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, healthcare centres, doctors, and other relevant clients.
- Generate current leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Present and explain the company's healthcare products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, prospects, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare regular sales and field-visit reports for management.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Must be comfortable with 100% field-based work.
- Should have a strong understanding of the Mumbai healthcare market.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Valuable interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Candidates with an existing network among hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare institutions will be preferred.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
