1. Job Summary

Cosben Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a high-performing QC Manager to oversee quality control activities, support erection and commissioning services when required, and conduct special technical sessions for OEMs and end users. The role involves ensuring product quality, improving quality processes, and addressing technical issues to improve product performance.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Create and implement company quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor, review, and enforce quality assurance processes.
- Supervise and support erection and commissioning services when required.
- Conduct special technical sessions for OEMs and end users.
- Develop quality assurance plans through hazard analysis and process monitoring.
- Establish product specifications and quality attributes.
- Conduct product, company, system, and compliance audits.
- Prepare quality documentation, reports, and trend analysis.
- Review existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Train and motivate employees to ensure quality standards are met.
- Support recruitment activities when required.
- Assist with quality-related budgeting and operational planning.

3. Desired Candidate ProfileEducational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer preferred, but not mandatory.

Experience

- Proven experience in quality control,



preferably with industrial products or bulk handling equipment.
- 8–10 years of experience in a relevant technical field.

Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on technical ability.
- Proficiency in various QC techniques.
- Experience in quality audits, documentation, and process improvement.
- Ability to assess technical issues and plan troubleshooting strategies.
- Working knowledge of CRM/ERP tools will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
