We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist

Dubai, UAE (Remote)

Full-time | Reports to Founder

Experience: 2–4 years

Salary: INR 50K – 70K

What you'll do:

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & other paid channels

Manage campaign budgets, bids, targeting, and daily optimisation

Drive leads, conversions, revenue and ROI

Set up and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads & conversion tracking

Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaigns

Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Prepare monthly performance reports with key KPIs, CAC, CPL, ROAS and conversion rates

Work closely with the content/creative team to improve ad performance You bring:

2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

Strong experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads

Proven track record of generating leads/conversions with measurable results

Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking





Strong understanding of funnels, remarketing, audience targeting & optimisation

Ability to analyse data and make performance-driven decisions

Experience managing budgets and achieving ROI/ROAS targets

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Strong understanding of UAE/GCC digital marketing landscape

Bonus: LinkedIn Ads, Looker Studio, landing-page optimisation & e-commerce performance marketing
