We are looking for a warm, confident, and well-presented Guest Relations Manager to be the face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure every guest receives a welcoming, attentive, and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.

* Manage guest arrivals, seating, and table coordination.

* Assist guests with menu-related queries and provide recommendations when required.

* Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.

* Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.

* Maintain strong relationships with regular and VIP guests.

* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

* Assist with reservations and special occasions.

* Ensure the restaurant’s hospitality and service standards are consistently maintained.

* Represent the brand professionally and create a positive first impression.

Requirements

* Previous experience in guest relations,



hospitality, front office, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service orientation.

* Well-groomed and professionally presented.

* Ability to remain calm and courteous in a quick-paced environment.

* Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

* Comfortable communicating with guests from diverse backgrounds.

* Knowledge of restaurant operations is an advantage.
