G-TEC EDUCATION, Trichy is looking for a technically strong and enthusiastic AI & Data Science Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Python, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students from different academic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning and Python
- Deliver hands-on and project-based training
- Conduct practical coding and lab sessions
- Train students in data analysis, visualization and machine-learning concepts
- Guide students through assignments, mini-projects and capstone projects
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress
- Assist students in developing industry-relevant projects and portfolios
- Prepare and update practical exercises, datasets and training materials
- Support technical workshops, seminars and college training programs conducted by G-TEC
- Stay updated with developments in AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI
- Introduce students to modern AI tools and practical workflows
- Mentor students and provide technical support when required

Candidate Requirements

- Strong technical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a straightforward manner
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Comfortable conducting practical coding sessions
- Ability to troubleshoot student programs and projects
- Willingness to continuously learn emerging AI technologies

Previous teaching/training experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong freshers with excellent AI/Data Science knowledge, good projects and teaching ability may also apply.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Final salary will be determined based on technical expertise, practical/project experience, previous experience and performance in the technical assessment & demo class.
