QI/QA Team Lead

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QI/QA Team Lead to lead and mentor the QA team, define testing strategies, establish QA processes, drive automation, and ensure high-quality software delivery across products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team.
- Plan and assign testing tasks based on project priorities.
- Define and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Review requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing.
- Review and validate defects before release.
- Drive QA automation initiatives and improve automation coverage.
- Integrate automated testing into development and release processes.
- Monitor QA metrics, release quality, and defect trends.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, and Project teams.




- Continuously improve testing efficiency and QA workflows.
- Ensure timely completion of testing activities and release readiness.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
