We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager / Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations and support the company’s growth.

Handling finance and human resources (HR) together means aligning people costs with company budgets to drive business growth

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Monitor cash flow and working capital.

* Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.

* Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements.

Accounting & Compliance

* Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally/ERP software.

* Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.





* Coordinate internal and external audits.

* Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and financial regulations.

Receivables & Payables

* Monitor student fee collections and outstanding receivables.

* Manage vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

* Reconcile bank accounts and monitor daily cash transactions.

Payroll & HR Finance

* Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

* Maintain salary records, PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory compliance.

* Coordinate with HR regarding employee financial matters

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
