We are looking for an ETL Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server, ETL manual testing, and basic SSIS/SSRS testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data validation, database testing, and ETL processes, along with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform manual testing of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading across source and target systems.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation.
- Perform database testing using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Conduct basic testing of SSIS packages and validate ETL workflows.
- Perform basic testing of SSRS reports, including data accuracy and report validation.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Analyze data discrepancies and work closely with development and data teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test execution reports.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
- Participate in requirement discussions and contribute to overall testing strategy.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.

Hands-on experience in SQL queries and database testing.

- Experience in ETL Manual Testing.
- Basic understanding of SSIS testing.
- Basic understanding of SSRS testing and report validation.
- Understanding of ETL concepts such as Extract, Transform, Load and data validation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to identify data discrepancies and investigate root causes.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
