Job Purpose
Generate business for Home Loans through internal channels like VRM, PBK, and digital platforms. Drive outbound business development via builders, brokers, connectors, and customer references.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and Maintaining Relationships
Develop relationships with VRM, PBK, and HNW clients.
Source channel feedback and ensure timely updates.
Focus on market and business development to achieve income targets.
Client Relationship Management
Handle DST and DSA channels to meet targets.
Manage relationships with HDFC Ltd for business growth.
Coordinate marketing and sales activities with corporates and builders.
Product Penetration
Increase product penetration to enhance relationship value.
Liaise with HDFC Ltd for loan approvals and disbursals.
Source open market business through referral models.
Productivity
Achieve performance targets and cross-sell products.
Improve conversion rates on inbound business.
Enhance team productivity.
Education:
Graduate; Postgraduate preferred.
Certifications:
Sales and Influencing Skills, Banking Product & Process Knowledge, Communication.
