Role Description the Oracle HFM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Hyperion Financial Management solutions for enterprise clients. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing consolidation and reporting structures, building and maintaining HFM applications, and ensuring accurate financial data integration from multiple source systems. The role involves collaborating with finance and IT stakeholders, troubleshooting application and process issues, optimizing performance, and preparing documentation for configurations and user procedures. The consultant will also participate in testing,



user training, and post-implementation support to ensure secure operations and continual improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strong experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Applications, including configuration, implementation, and support.

Skills in Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and Business Process analysis to translate financial and operational needs into robust system solutions.

Experience in Consulting, working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and manage project deliverables.

Knowledge of Order Management and related enterprise workflows to support integrated financial and operational reporting.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle HFM or closely related Oracle EPM tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to data accuracy and process controls.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and client-facing environments.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. (C.A Preferred)
