Junior Procurement Executive – Solar EPC

Job Profile

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Executive to support procurement activities, vendor coordination, material purchasing, and inventory requirements for solar projects.

Job Details

- Qualification: Any Graduate / B.Com / Diploma
- Experience: 0–2 Years
- Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Hyderabad
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and interview

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials required for solar projects.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Compare quotations and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with project/site teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain purchase bills, invoices, quotations, and vendor documents.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the store team for stock requirements.
- Support local purchases and urgent material requirements.




- Maintain procurement reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Admin, Store, and Project teams.

Requirements & Skills

- Any Graduate / B.Com / Diploma.
- Freshers can apply; 0–2 years of procurement experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas and VLOOKUP.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- ERP/Tally knowledge will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Solar/EPC/Construction industry experience will be an advantage.
