About the Role
Iskra Counselling Centre is seeking a Trauma-Informed Therapist for a full-time remote role providing safe, trauma-informed online care to adult clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote intake and therapy sessions using trauma-informed principles.
- Support stabilisation, emotional regulation, coping, and recovery-oriented goals.
- Create collaborative care plans that respect client choice, safety, pacing, and autonomy.
- Monitor risk, develop safety plans when appropriate, and escalate urgent concerns.
- Avoid interventions beyond skilled training and arrange referrals when needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, or a closely related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience preferred, including direct work with trauma-related concerns; candidates with additional experience may also apply.
- Relevant training in trauma-informed care and stabilisation-focused interventions.
- Strong understanding of consent, boundaries, risk assessment, and avoiding re-traumatisation.
- Professional registration, certification, or licence where required by applicable regulations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
