We are looking for a responsible and skilled VMC Operator to join our Machine Shop team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate VMC machines as per production requirements and work instructions.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining specifications.
- Load and unload components, fixtures, and raw materials.
- Check tool offsets and machine parameters as instructed by the Setter.
- Monitor the machining process and ensure smooth machine operation.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspection using measuring instruments.
- Ensure component quality and achieve daily production targets.
- Identify and report machine abnormalities, tool wear, and quality issues.
- Minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.




- Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S and housekeeping in the work area.
- Coordinate with the VMC Setter, Supervisor, and Quality team.

Requirements:

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical field.
- Experience: 1–3 years as a VMC Operator preferred.
- Basic knowledge of VMC machine operation and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Positive discipline, teamwork, and safety awareness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,941.80 per month
