Job Description – Compliance Executive

Location: C.G. Road, Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a Compliance Executive with an LLB or LLM qualification and at least 6 months of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal and compliance activities, including agreements, documentation, and coordination related to legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Handle day-to-day legal and compliance-related activities.
- Review documents to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Maintain proper records of agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal professionals whenever required.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing MOUs, NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
- Track significant legal documents, renewals, and compliance-related deadlines.
- Support the organization in resolving routine legal and documentation-related matters.




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of legal records.
- Perform other legal and compliance responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

- LLB or LLM degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in legal, compliance, contract management, or related work.
- Basic understanding of contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage documentation efficiently.
