Roles & Responsibilities:

- Visit Bloom Salon branches to shoot mobile videos of hair, beauty, and makeover services
- Edit snappy, aesthetic Reels and Shorts using mobile apps (CapCut, VN, Canva)
- Manage daily posting across Instagram and Facebook (Stories, feed posts, service spotlights)
- Track viral beauty audio, trending formats, and aesthetic salon presentation styles* Update Google Business Profiles with fresh client transformation photos and festival offers
- Monitor Instagram DMs, comments, and WhatsApp inquiries, forwarding booking leads to the front desk
- Coordinate with branch managers and stylists to plan weekly shoot schedules
- Skills Required:

Must-Have:

- Hands-on ability to shoot clean videos on mobile and edit via VN, CapCut, or InShot




- Basic graphic design skills in Canva for promotional stories and post templates
- Active personal or skilled presence on Instagram with an eye for aesthetics
- Key Strengths:
- High energy, creative eye for framing/lighting, good communication, and willingness to learn

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, Mass Media, or design fields preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience (internships, college project work, or personal creator pages accepted)
- Benefits:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
