Loading Supervisor – Quality Control (DRI)

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise DRI material loading as per quality and dispatch requirements.
- Check grade, quantity and quality of DRI before loading.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure proper sampling and testing of DRI material.
- Maintain loading, quality and dispatch records.
- Monitor vehicle loading and ensure proper material handling.
- Verify weighment and dispatch documents.
- Report any quality deviation or material mismatch to the concerned HOD.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures during loading operations.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Chemical
- 2–3 years of experience in DRI / Sponge Iron / Steel Plant, preferably in Quality Control, Loading or Dispatch.
- Basic knowledge of DRI quality parameters, sampling and testing.
- Good coordination and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
