Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple outlets Lead and supervise outlet teams

Monitor sales, targets & outlet performance Manage manpower, shifts & attendance

Control inventory, costs & wastage Ensure food quality, hygiene & cleanliness standards

Monitor online & offline order/delivery operations Handle customer feedback & complaints

Ensure proper cash handling, billing & POS operations Conduct regular outlet visits & operational audits

Prepare and analyse operational reports Support new outlet launches and business expansion

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in QSR / Restaurant / Food & Beverage Operations
- Experience in managing multiple outlets preferred
- Robust leadership & team-management skills




- Good communication & problem-solving abilities
- Target-oriented and hands-on approach
- Knowledge of inventory, sales & operational controls
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
- Willingness to travel between outlets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
