Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive institutional sales and outreach activities. The role involves building relationships with colleges and universities, generating leads through institutional outreach, and promoting the organization’s programs and offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new institutional sales and outreach opportunities.
- Conduct regular college and institutional visits for business development and lead generation.
- Plan and coordinate seminars, workshops, presentations, and other campus engagement activities.
- Generate and qualify leads through college visits, institutional outreach, networking, and other channels.
- Deliver presentations and represent the organization at institutional events and campus activities.
- Follow up with institutional contacts and prospective leads to support business conversion.
- Maintain regular reports on visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned business development and outreach targets.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Relevant experience in institutional sales, business development, education sales, or campus outreach will be preferred.

Preferred

- Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates with experience in college/university outreach and admissions counselling will be an added advantage
