TWI Group of Companies is looking for a creative and enthusiastic social media executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. We are looking for someone who understands social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement and has worked on social media pages or projects before.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms).
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and captions.
- Plan and schedule content calendars.
- Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Assist in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creative content.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Requirements
- Basic experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms.
- Understanding of SEO basics, hashtags, and social media optimization.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
- Good communication and content writing skills.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of current social media trends.
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
Candidates must share a portfolio or previous work, which may include:
- Social media pages managed.
- Instagram reels or posts created.
- Content calendar samples.
- Canva creatives or graphics.
- Any personal, freelance, internship, or college social media projects.
Preferred Candidate
- Freshers with relevant portfolio work are welcome.
- Candidates with internship or freelance experience in social media will be preferred.
Location: Delhi (Work from Office)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
