1. To act as legal point of contact for Nestaway commercial team in Bengaluru.

2. Advising business teams on potential legal risks and ensuring compliance of

all applicable laws for Nestaway’s operations at Bengaluru.

3. Management and handling of civil and criminal litigation, complaints, cheque

bouncing, arbitrations for Bengaluru and coordinate with external counsel

network.

4. Providing legal support to sales, operations, HR and finance teams for

Bengaluru.

5. Occasional contract management and review.

6. Coordinate with central legal and escalate and resolve issues in a timely

fashion.

7. Provide training to sales, operations and HR teams on legal, compliance and

business matters.

8. Role reports into Associate Director – Legal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per month
