We are looking for an experienced and responsible Bakery Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bakery. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 15 employees, maintaining hygiene and cleaning standards, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth and effective bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the bakery floor.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate a team of approximately 15 staff members.
- Allocate daily duties and monitor staff performance and discipline.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure proper cleaning, hygiene, and food-safety standards are maintained.
- Implement and monitor cleaning, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, receiving, storage, and daily stock requirements.
- Monitor raw material usage, wastage, damaged stock, and stock shortages.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Check work areas and equipment and report maintenance requirements.
- Maintain cleaning checklists, stock records, and other daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Kitchen, and Management teams when required.
- Train and guide staff to follow company standards and procedures.




- Ensure the bakery floor operates efficiently while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience in bakery operations, food production, or a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in handling and supervising a team of 10–15 or more employees.
- Good understanding of bakery operations, cleaning, hygiene, and inventory management.
- Ability to implement and monitor SOPs effectively.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Responsible, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day operational issues.

Experience

4+ years of relevant experience in bakery, food production, restaurant, hotel, or similar operations is preferred.
