Akalp Techno Media Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Handle daily HR operations, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Manage onboarding, employee coordination, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate with management and team leads for smooth operations.
- Handle office administration and workplace discipline.
- Maintain HR reports, trackers, and performance records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR.
- Robust hands-on experience in Recruitment and HR Operations is mandatory.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
