Rosea Landscape Private Limited is an integrated landscape architecture design and turnkey contracting firm. We manage the entire project lifecycle—from conceptual master planning and detailed design in our studio to high-quality on-ground execution, hardscaping, softscaping, and site handover. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to bridge studio design workflows, procurement, site logistics, and contractor execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Studio & Site Workflow Synchronization:
- Act as the vital bridge between design teams (landscape architects, CAD technicians) and on-site execution teams to ensure drawings are delivered, understood, and implemented without delays.
- Establish and track realistic project milestones, master delivery schedules, and stage-gate approvals.
- Turnkey Execution & Site Logistics:
- Monitor progress across active project sites, ensuring civil/hardscape works, grading, planting, and irrigation align strictly with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, labor shortfalls, or site discrepancies early and drive swift corrective actions.
- Procurement, Vendor & Plant Nursery Coordination:
- Oversee material procurement cycles (natural stones, civil supplies, outdoor lighting, specialized soil/mulch, irrigation fittings).
- Coordinate plant nursery selections, specimen tagging, and scheduled logistics to align with site planting readiness.




- Subcontractor Management & Billing Validation:
- Oversee subcontractor allocation, evaluate work progress against agreed milestones, and verify subcontractor measurement sheets before billing clearance.
- Support client billing reconciliation and monitor project margin health against estimated BOQs.
- Process Discipline & Resource Allocation:
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily progress reporting (DPRs), site handover checklists, and inter-departmental communication.

Required Candidate Profile

- Experience: 6–10+ years of operations, project coordination, or turnkey delivery experience in landscape contracting, architecture design-build firms, or interior/civil contracting companies.
- Industry Background: Robust exposure to both studio project coordination (reviewing BOQs, drawings, design revisions) and field contracting operations (managing site engineers, labor contractors, and suppliers).
- Technical Acumen: Ability to interpret architectural and landscape execution drawings, understand site grading/drainage, and read civil/landscape BOQs.
- Communication & Languages: Working proficiency in English and Kannada (essential to coordinate effectively between design architects, corporate clients, and regional site teams).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
