Operational Cooking & Preparation

Prepare a wide variety of dishes as per the Cuisine.

Execute standard Mise en Place.

Assist in dishes plating and presentation for à la carte restaurants, high teas, and resort buffet displays.

Support live counters or interactive guest experiences, maintaining a clean and qualified appearance.

Quality & Consistency

Maintain consistency in texture, flavor, Plate presentation and decoration .

Follow standard recipe cards precisely, paying careful attention to weights, measurements, and cooking temperatures.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
