Job Title: International Customer Care Representative
Location: Vashi (Near Railway Station)
Working Hours: Monthly rotational shifts
- 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- 5:30 PM – 12:30 AM
About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to support international B2B clients and provide top-quality service.
Key Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with global clients
- Provide support through calls, emails, and chat
- Resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
