The Senior Vice President – Technology Solutions will lead the growth, delivery and strategic direction of the Technology Solutions business, including Data Engineering, Software Development, Embedded Engineering, Testing and emerging technology services.

The role combines business growth with delivery leadership and practice development.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the Technology Solutions business.

· Build technology capabilities and practices.

· Drive profitable business growth.

· Develop new technology offerings.

· Ensure delivery excellence.

· Build customer relationships.

· Recruit and develop technology leaders.

· Improve delivery processes and governance.

· Support business development.

· Report business performance to the Board.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience

· 15–20 years of qualified experience.

· Minimum 7 years leading technology delivery organizations.





· Experience in IT Services or Technology Consulting.

· Experience building technology practices.

· Strong customer-facing leadership.

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

· MBA preferred but not mandatory.
