Experience: 6 months–2 years in EdTech / Education Sales / Counselling
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable UG/PG and online education programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and admission enquiries.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend relevant programs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage leads through the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Update lead and counselling activities regularly in CRM.
Requirements:
- 6 months–2 years of relevant experience in EdTech, Education Sales, or Admission Counselling.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Target-oriented approach with good convincing and counselling skills.
- Graduation in any discipline.
