About the Company

Air Move is a growing logistics and moving brand under Move My Stuff, the parent company and an established name in the Australian removals industry. This role is primarily focused on supporting Air Move operations; however, as Air Move continues to grow, the successful candidate may also be required to assist with selected operational activities for Move My Stuff when needed.

Role Overview

Air Move is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations in a remote morning-shift role. This position is ideal for someone with a logistics background (not mandatory), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced operational workflows while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks.

· Monitor logistics workflows and identify inefficiencies or delays to maintain service standards.

· Provide real-time support to internal teams, partners, and customers across operational matters.

· Handle on-the-spot issues with sound judgment and quick problem-solving.

· Answer inbound calls professionally and escalate issues to the relevant department where required.

· Make outbound calls to customers regarding delivery updates, operational changes, or issue resolution.

· Manage customer concerns and grievances with empathy, professionalism,



and timely follow-up.

· Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.

· Support operational requirements for Move My Stuff as needed, in addition to the primary focus on Air Move.

Skills and Experience

· Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or logistics, preferably in a business supporting international or time-sensitive markets.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.

· Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.

· Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
