The role will be responsible to:

- Must have knowledge about TNI, TNA.
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization and conduct the training as per the analysis and requirement of the organization.
- Communicate with team members, trainers and management to ensure all needs are met.
- Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance the training procedures and provide value to the employees.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
- Effectively manage the training budget.

Additional Requirement-

- Valuable knowledge of Power Point Presentation
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Preferable from Retail or Consumer Electronics Industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
