We are looking for a confident, smart, and enthusiastic business development executive to join our sales team in Ludhiana.
The role will primarily involve calling, lead generation, client follow-ups, and business development, along with client meetings/visits whenever required.
Freshers from science and related educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
Educational Qualification
Candidates with a background in:
- B.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Chemistry
- B.Tech / B.E. Chemical Engineering
- B.Sc. Biotechnology / Biotechnology
- B.Sc. / Diploma in Cosmetology
- Other science/chemical/life science-related backgrounds
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calling and other sales activities.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Attend client meetings and visits whenever required.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Explain products/services to potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to attend local client meetings/visits.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
