​Mosons Group is a rapidly growing business group in Kerala, associated with popular brands such as Happenstance, Indulekha, Malayalima, and Beevi’s. As part of our continued market expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented individuals to join our sales team in Palakkad.

​Job Summary

​The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for increasing product sales and strengthening the company’s presence across the assigned Palakkad territory. The role involves regular visits to retail shops, generating orders, developing new outlets, and maintaining productive relationships with business partners.

​Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Promote and sell company products to retail outlets while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Market Expansion: Identify and add recent retail outlets within the assigned Vadakara territory to strengthen market reach and product availability.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with retailers, shop owners, and distributors.

Order Management: Visit retail outlets regularly, generate orders, and follow up to encourage repeat orders.

Territory Coverage:



Ensure regular and effective coverage of the assigned Vadakara territory through planned market visits.

Market Feedback: Gather customer requirements, competitor updates, and market trends and share relevant insights with the team.

Reporting: Maintain proper records of daily visits, orders, sales, and collections and submit timely reports to the reporting manager.

​Compensation & Benefits

​Fixed Salary: Competitive fixed salary of ₹27,050 CTC/Month.

​Incentives: Uncapped, attractive performance-linked incentive structures.

​Field Allowances: Daily Allowance (DA) and Travel Allowance (TA) provided to cover eligible field expenses.

​Candidate Requirements

​Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

​Experience: Freshers with an interest in field sales are welcome to apply. Experience in FMCG, retail, counter sales, or field sales will be an added advantage.

​Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer-handling ability, negotiation skills, and a strong willingness to achieve targets.

​Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for regular daily travel within the assigned Vatakara territory.

Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month
