About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of paid acquisition and drive measurable business growth.

This role is for someone who understands performance marketing beyond campaign execution — someone who can analyse the business, identify growth opportunities, build scalable acquisition strategies, and consistently improve ROAS and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across the full customer acquisition funnel.
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with revenue, CAC, ROAS and profitability goals.
- Analyse campaign, audience, creative and funnel-level performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and execute testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages and campaign structures.
- Identify winning campaigns and systematically scale them while maintaining efficiency.
- Work closely with creative, content, product and business teams to improve overall acquisition performance.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV, LTV and contribution margin.
- Diagnose performance drops and take rapid corrective action.
- Develop performance forecasts, budgets and growth plans.




- Build dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into business performance.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, attribution, tracking and performance marketing trends.
- Take complete ownership of performance marketing outcomes and continuously look for ways to improve them.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and managing significant ad spends.
- Robust understanding of performance metrics, attribution and conversion funnels.
- Highly analytical and commercially minded.
- Strong experimentation and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to connect marketing performance with actual business revenue and profitability.
- Someone who is comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
