We are expanding our data-driven operations and are looking for an experienced and analytical MIS Executive to support management through insightful reporting and data visualization.

Position Overview:

The MIS Executive – SQL & Power BI will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data models. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Excel, along with a solid analytical mindset to convert raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Manage and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.) for report automation and analysis.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
- Provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business reporting needs.




- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across all systems.
- Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

- Robust proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and database management.
- Expertise in Power BI for dashboard and report development.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
- Experience with other BI tools.

Analytical Skills:

- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights and recommendations.

General Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
