We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Factory Supervisor to join our small team on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate workers on the shop floor.
- Be present on the shop floor and monitor daily production activities.
- Allocate work and ensure workers complete tasks properly and on time.
- Have basic knowledge of factory machinery and its operation.
- Communicate clearly and comfortably with workers.
- Monitor production quality, discipline, and safety.
- Handle day-to-day shop-floor issues and report major issues to management.
Requirements:
- Previous factory/production supervision experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machinery.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Must be hands-on and comfortable working directly with workers.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership.
Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
