About the Role

Iskra Counselling Centre is seeking an Adult Counseling Psychologist for a full-time remote role providing structured, empathetic online support to clients aged 18 and above.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct remote intake, assessment, and individual counselling sessions.
- Support adults experiencing stress, anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationship difficulties, or emotional distress.
- Develop collaborative goals and evidence-informed support plans.
- Monitor progress and adapt interventions within professional scope.
- Maintain timely, confidential records.
- Identify higher-risk or out-of-scope needs and arrange appropriate escalation or referral.

Qualifications and Experience

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, or a closely related field.




- 2–5 years of relevant adult counselling experience preferred; candidates with additional experience may also apply.
- Solid rapport-building, listening, case formulation, and documentation skills.
- Sound understanding of ethics, confidentiality, boundaries, and remote practice.
- Professional registration, certification, or licence where required by applicable regulations.

This role serves adult clients. Client age ranges are not applicant age requirements, and applicant age is not a selection criterion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
