Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can independently manage the complete content cycle — ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, publishing and social media growth.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram/Reels, storytelling and current content trends and should be able to create engaging content using product videos, voiceovers, people-led content, B-roll, graphics, animations and trendbased formats. Being on camera is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Planning: Develop creative content ideas, reel concepts and monthly content calendars.
- Script Writing: Write engaging scripts, hooks and storylines for short-form content.
- Shoot & Production: Plan and execute video shoots at office, dealerships, events and other locations.
- Video Editing: Edit reels and short-form videos with captions, music, voiceovers, transitions and graphics.
- Social Media Management: Publish content on Instagram, manage captions, hashtags and posting schedules.
- Content Growth: Track reach, engagement and performance; identify trends and optimize content to improve organic reach.
- Trend & Competitor Research: Stay updated on Instagram trends, formats,



creators and relevant industry content.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take content from idea → script → shoot → edit → publish → analyse independently.

Good-to-Have

- Basic photography and graphic design skills
- Motion graphics/animation skills
- Experience with influencer/creator collaborations
- Experience in automotive, EV, mobility, technology or startup brands
- Understanding of paid social media
- Proven track record of creating content with strong organic reach

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio of Reels/short-form videos
- Should have personally handled scripting, shooting and editing
- Comfortable travelling for shoots at events and other locations
- Creative, proactive and trend-aware
- Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable
- Comfortable creating both face-led and faceless content

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates should share examples of :

- Reels/videos they have scripted
- Videos they have personally shot and edited
- Product/brand videos
- Voiceover or faceless content
- Instagram pages they have managed
- Content that achieved strong reach/engagement
