Role Overview

The Demi Chef de Parte supports the kitchen team in food preparation and basic cooking tasks while learning and developing culinary skills. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow within a agile and creative hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

? Food Preparation

Assist in preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.

Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.

Perform mice en place for daily operations.

?‍? Kitchen Support

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.

Follow hygiene and food safety standards always.

Assist in receiving and storing supplies properly.

? Stock Handling





Support inventory management by reporting shortages or spoilage.

Ensure proper labeling and storage of ingredients.

- Quality & Learning

Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.

Learn new techniques and recipes to enhance skills.

? Teamwork

Work collaboratively with team members during service.

Take direction from CDPs and senior kitchen staff.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.

- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
