Role Purpose
The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. The role serves as a key point of contact between guests and the restaurant team, with responsibility for welcoming and recognizing guests, managing reservations and seating, understanding individual preferences and special requirements, handling feedback and concerns, and coordinating with the service, kitchen, bar, and management teams.
The position also focuses on building strong guest relationships, maintaining guest profiles and preferences, recognizing regular and VIP guests, and encouraging repeat visits through personalized and attentive hospitality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
