We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive – Export Planning/Operations with a science background to manage export order planning, international customer coordination, and end-to-end export operations.

The role will be responsible for coordinating export orders from customer PO to final shipment, including production follow-up, packaging and artwork approvals, export documentation, shipment planning, and post-shipment coordination. The candidate will work closely with international customers, Production, QC/QA, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, freight forwarders, and CHA to ensure timely and smooth execution of export orders.

Responsibilities

- Export Order Management: Handle export orders from customer PO to final shipment and post-shipment follow-up.
- Order Planning & Coordination: Prepare Proforma Invoices, Work Programme Sheets, Order Processing Sheets, and other documents required for export order execution.
- International Customer Coordination: Coordinate with overseas buyers regarding purchase orders, product specifications, delivery schedules, documentation, packaging requirements, approvals, and other operational requirements.
- Production Follow-up: Coordinate with Production, QC/QA, Purchase, Stores, and Logistics to monitor order progress and ensure timely execution as per customer requirements.
- Packaging & Artwork: Coordinate label, artwork, packaging design, and approval processes with customers, printers, packaging suppliers, and internal teams.
- Shipment Planning: Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA for shipment planning, container requirements, shipping schedules, export documentation, and timely dispatch.
- Export Documentation: Prepare, coordinate, and maintain accurate export-related documents required for shipments and customer requirements.
- Purchase & ERP:



Prepare Purchase Orders in Tally/ERP for packaging materials, labels, and other export-related requirements and follow up with suppliers.
- Order Tracking & MIS: Maintain updated records of orders, production status, customer approvals, artworks, shipments, documents, and correspondence. Prepare basic MIS and order-status reports for management.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to production, quality, packaging, documentation, shipment schedules, and customer requirements.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Export/International Business, Export Planning, or Export Operations, preferably in the seafood, food processing, or related industry.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of export operations, international customer coordination, export documentation, order planning, packaging/artwork approvals, Incoterms, and shipping requirements.
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Tally/ERP, and export documentation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly professional email communication.
- Core Skills: Solid planning, follow-up, coordination, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, commercially aware, organized, and customer-focused.

Preferred

- Experience dealing with international buyers/distributors.
- Experience in seafood or food processing exports.
- Experience in export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Experience handling packaging, labels, and artwork approvals.
- Exposure to technical or science-based products.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
