We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager for a well-established company in the FMCG / Food Products industry.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding the distributor and retailer network, driving primary and secondary sales, achieving sales targets, and managing the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and appoint new distributors in assigned territories.
- Develop and expand the dealer and retailer network.
- Drive primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure product availability and proper stock placement at retail outlets.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify current business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and channel partners.
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.




- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Resolve distributor and retailer queries.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–7 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Experience in Food Products / Dry Fruits preferred.
- Strong experience in distributor appointment and distributor/retailer management.
- Good understanding of primary and secondary sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Diploma in Marketing/Sales Management or MBA preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
