Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Medical Billing & Coding Trainer to conduct one-on-one training for a beginner learner. The trainer should be able to start from the fundamentals and gradually provide practical, job-oriented knowledge covering medical coding, billing, claims processing and Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct personalized one-on-one Medical Billing & Coding training.
- Start from basic concepts and gradually progress to practical job-oriented topics.
- Explain ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding with practical examples.
- Train the learner on medical billing and claims processing.
- Explain insurance verification, payment posting, AR and denial management.
- Provide practical understanding of the complete RCM process.
- Use real-world scenarios and case-based examples during training.
- Clarify learner doubts and provide practical guidance throughout the training.




- Prepare the learner for practical job requirements in Medical Billing & Coding.

Requirements

- Strong practical experience in Medical Billing and Coding.
- Hands-on experience with ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS.
- Practical knowledge of billing, claims processing and RCM.
- Experience in insurance verification, payment posting, AR and denial management.
- Real-world healthcare / RCM industry experience.
- Ability to train beginners from the fundamentals.
- Robust communication and one-on-one teaching skills.
- Ability to explain concepts through practical scenarios and examples.
- Experienced working professional preferred.

Preferred Profile

- Medical Coder / Medical Billing Specialist / RCM professional with practical industry experience.
- Candidates with real-time healthcare or RCM experience are preferred.
- Training or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
- Candidates with only theoretical or academic knowledge are not preferred.
