Position

Site Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction activities, coordinate with contractors and labour teams, and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Foreman, contractors, and labour teams.
- Check dimensions, levels, quantities, and quality of construction work.
- Monitor concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, excavation, foundation, and structural activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site records.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with the Store Keeper.
- Monitor contractor and labour productivity.
- Coordinate with consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Identify site issues and provide technical solutions.




- Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Required Experience & Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of relevant site experience.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity measurement and basic estimation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation.
- Robust site coordination and team-management skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.

Salary

Salary will be decided based on experience, qualifications, skills, and interview performance.
